Ingredients

  • 1 x chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • blue food colouring
  • lime juice
  • hot water
  • skittles and licorice for decoration

Method

  1. Make a chocolate fudge cake in a square tin.
  2. Once cool, cut out a circle. From the corner pieces, make the side and top fins.
  3. From the circle, cut the an arc off the top to make the back tail, and then the rest of the circle makes the body.
  4. Ice with different colour blue icing made by mixing icing sugar, colouring, juice and hot water.
  5. Add skittles to make the scales, and then cut a licorice mouth. Stick a bit of licorice on a yellow skittle to make an eye.
  6. Say Happy Birthday! to someone who likes fishy fishys.
