Sonia's Birthday Cake

Ingredients

  •  1 1/2 cups plain flour
  •  1 cup raw sugar
  •  1/4 cup cocoa
  •  1 teaspoon bicarb soda
  •  1/3 cup vegetable oil
  •  1 cup water
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla
  •  1 tablespoon vinegar

Method

  1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, bicarb, oil, vanilla and water in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add vinegar and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured square cake tin and bake in a 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
  4. Ice to your hazchem liking and say "Happy Birthday Sonia"
